Purpose Of The Job

To perform under general supervision of the 3PL Business Unit manager, leading special projects within operations to develop new business initiatives and operational expansion. 


  • Lead operations initiatives and business expansion including setting up new facilities globally. Manage all aspects of 3PL business operations to include account relationship building and team communications with the operations team for successful implementation of 3PL business practices.
  • Direct operations to maximize workflow and spatial utilization. Responsible for the budgets of the operations projects managed.
  • Oversee 3PL account management with existing clients and develop/support new client initiation process
  • Coordinate efforts with the IT team in developing automation functions within the Minecryptoshop Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Train and develop the administrative team to effectively utilize the resources and keep up with the invoicing and communication functions in a timely manner.
  • Responsible to secure accounts, establish them and maintain their successful relationship with Minecryptoshop
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineer or Supply Chain Management.
  • Master degree is a plus.
  • Must also have 5 – 7 years of operational experience; ideally with a 3PL company with a specific proven track record of Project Management, with 3 – 5 years of personnel management experience and 3 – 5 years of financial analysis plus Profit and Loss management experience.
  • State driver’s license and auto insurance required.
  • Ability to acquire work/travel documents (i.e., passport and visa) as required by various countries.
  • Proven experience and track record on project management skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
  • Creative thinker who can bring new ideas and approaches to solving problems and seizing
  • opportunities.
  • Must have basic revenue models and P&L understanding, with cost-to-completion projections and return on investment model knowledge in order to make appropriate business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Basic math, good communication skills, detailed and organized.
  • Good problem solver.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team.
  • Familiarity with computers, computer parts, consumer electronics and respective specifications required.

Occasional lifting required up to 20 pounds. Constant working on a computer.

Standard office and computer equipment including MSOffice software.

Work Environment

Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards.

Language Skills

Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English. Bilingual Chinese communications skills will be helpful.

Travel Requirements

Domestic and/or international travel up to 25%.
